**If** and I mean if I could rate this a half star I would. The staff are nice,especially Mrs.V,But when the youth start to bully other youth,the staff do little to nothing. They tell them to stop then that's it. I know how bad it can get as I used to be a past youth..Let's just say it was so bad I tried something and I got sent to a mental hospital so I could get out.

I've had two experiences with young boys (11 and 13) having to be housed here. Both times, I've seen and heard that the child, despite the foster system and the loss of parental support, has felt safe. The director seems to be a long-term advocate. However, sometimes the support staff can be a bit rough around the edges, but they aren't always trained in behaviors and emotional support. Overall, I've had good reports from two kiddos. I'm glad this solution is operating in Twin Falls county.
