**If** and I mean if I could rate this a half star I would. The staff are nice,especially Mrs.V,But when the youth start to bully other youth,the staff do little to nothing. They tell them to stop then that's it. I know how bad it can get as I used to be a past youth..Let's just say it was so bad I tried something and I got sent to a mental hospital so I could get out.
