I have been trying to contact the phone number on your website for the last week and have had no response. Great place with great service
OMG - There is NEVER anyone available when you need them. I have had to call 5 times now for an urgent matter. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes. Upon finally connecting me with a service person, they did try to solve the problem, however, their fix did not work. Our system continued to beep for the entire evening making it unpleasant for our guests. I called back again and asked if they could just turn the entire system off...well short of ripping it off the wall...no. I have now called 6Xs and just found out that... read more
Great service from these guys. Had called them to come fix our alarm and camera system in our new house. I have been dealing with this company for the last 10 years. They had everything up and running with in 2 hours and showed my senior parents how to use the system too. Thank you SHS team.
