Absolutely appalled the installer had access to my inside cameras to the point of where I had to make a police report. Do not trust their install text.
Safe home uses false promotion, advertisement andrepresentation. They dont pick their calls once you haved signup with them. My system has been down i was made to pay 99 dollars for a service man to come fix it. Up to this time nothing has been done. I intend to cancel my contract with them

DO NOT sign up for Safe Home Security. The equipment is garbage. The sales rep’s use manipulation to convince you to sign a 3.5 year contract which there is no getting out regardless of circumstances. They create a situation in which they will not stop paper bills unless you’re on auto pay which can only be accomplished verbally but when calling it’s impossible to reach anyone who can resolve the issues. Biggest scam of my life signing up with this company for home security. This company will tell you can cancel your service. However, they will auto renew your contract and then proceed to not let you cancel. I made numerous calls to this company to try and cancel our service and magically everytime we call the company system is down. They will then request you send an email and claim they never received it even though you can see the email was delivered.
