I am unable to use the cameras purchased with the system. I have been given the runaround citing third party vendors. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The customer service lady told me they were busy and I could leave a message. When I attempted to call back multiple times I received a message saying I could leave a message. I have been a customer of this company for over 15 years. I just recently sold my home and called to cancel their service. I was told that I would have to pay a final bill for services up until 2029 when my contract ends. I told them this is incorrect and they need to remove their equipment since I no longer own the home and will not be paying for their service. I share the same sentiment as the last review. I’m never one to write reviews but I’ve been trying to cancel since the end of November and I’ve emailed 4 times and called at least 7 times. I have received a voicemail back but with no cancellation and when I call I get hung up on after being transferred. Stay away!
Windows sensors go offline all the time...do not get this!!!
Signed 3 years contract from the builder. Builder forced to sign in 3 years deal with the prison. Never contacted in 3 years, they did when they needed to sign new 2 year of something what doesn’t make any sense. System doesn’t work and our community has robbed constantly. Looks like they have fun to take your money. Always rude when you call them. Still have 3 disputes charges since service never works.
