I have used this company for more than 10 years. They called me before and said that their account was closed. The customer didn't care and took 2 months' extra money from me. What a scam
Worst customer service ever. Don't return calls. Had issues with losing communication with my devices and they wanted to send out new units. Not the issue. After hearing alarms I finally insisted I talk to tech support. Ended up being a firm upgrade. I went through this twice in 2 years. There isn't any way they can communicate to their customers when there is an upgrade. System has to fail and then you have to call repeatedly. This company is terrible I ended my business and even when I called they still charged me money
This company is the WORST!!!! Of If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. Some door to door salesman too advantage of my 80 year old mother, talking her into a system and getting it hooked up immediately! I contacted them, after her hard wired system kept beeping due to low battery and it took weeks for someone to finally get the system sounds shut off. Impossible to cancel contract without a huge pay out. The alarm system has not worked for most of the years I had it. Getting it repaired is a hassle before it stops working again.
