This is probably the worst security company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to cancel service with them for over a year because of false alarms from my alarm, constant beeping from alarm, and no cell service to my alarm, as well as mailing and calling in for 10 years that my mailing address is spelled wrong and not being adjusted. I was told to call by an agent a month before my contract is up which was supposed to be in April 2025 but when I called in March, Safe Home said it was in fact up in February 2025.. I h... read more
I opened an account in April 2020 and we have finished in March 2023. The employee signed a new contract one more year in a half. I called the company multiple times to speak to the manager, but they said they will call me back and they never did. They never contacted me back after multiple calls. This company is a scam. Please be careful with them. I hope this company stops scamming and ruining our credit scores. I will never do business for you guys anymore.
Horribly rude customer service. Zero equipment assistance after the sale/install. Cameras never worked properly and SHS would NOT as in REFUSED to help with this issue. They've provided zero service, as my alarm has been disconnected for some time now and they haven't even noticed.
