You better watch your billing close!!! My paper copy says due 18th but online May 31st! Couldnt figure out why I’m late each month. Talked to rep who sounded totally exhausted from struggling to understand it enough to explain. He said it’s stupid and causes people to be late which affects credit scores! This company is structured to make cancelling your service nearly impossible, regardless of the reason. We sold our home March 2025. We provided ample notice in advance of the sale date, provided proof of sale, and the new owner established monitoring with them… but we’re still obligated to pay for service 4/1 through 9/30. So we’re paying for 6 months of coverage while we don’t own the home AND the new owner is also paying for coverage for the same home! How is this company still in business??? DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SAFE HOME SECURITY!! SCAMMERS!! So many reviews with 1 star probably same as me. Wanted to select 0 but it’s not an option.
