Safe Home came out and cleared our crawl space when we purchased our home 3 years ago. They were a 5 star service. This last month I have been trying to contact them for info on critter exclusion as it seems we have critters in the crawl spaces they cleaned out 3 years ago - no response, no email, no call - drove by office looks closed - where you Please I would love to return rating to 5 stars
We have contract with this company and can not get an return calls. Strange recording when calling the company and when I call the cell of the owner voice mail has been full for two weeks. Noticed their business license has not been renewed which is quite concerning. Are these guys out of business? Anyone have any information?
Parkerr and his crew did amazing job. Fast and efficient. Sealed all the critters accesses and secured my home. They are the best.
First review: (see update below) Safe Home come out to estimate the cost to clean the air ducts in my 14'X40' mother in law unit. This home has only 4 vents in the whole place, it consists on a living room-kitchen combo, a small bathroom and a small bedroom. They quoted us $1,440 just to clear out the vents. I'm sorry but that is just outrageous, there is 1 main duct with a couple short legs to the 4 vents. How can you justify that much money for such a small job?
