We have contract with this company and can not get an return calls. Strange recording when calling the company and when I call the cell of the owner voice mail has been full for two weeks. Noticed their business license has not been renewed which is quite concerning. Are these guys out of business? Anyone have any information?

First review: (see update below) Safe Home come out to estimate the cost to clean the air ducts in my 14'X40' mother in law unit. This home has only 4 vents in the whole place, it consists on a living room-kitchen combo, a small bathroom and a small bedroom. They quoted us $1,440 just to clear out the vents. I'm sorry but that is just outrageous, there is 1 main duct with a couple short legs to the 4 vents. How can you justify that much money for such a small job? Exceeded my expectations. I'm a professional engineer and spent much of my career in facilities management. So, my "good job" bar is set pretty high. The crew for my crawlspace job were respectful and professional. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left everything completely clean. Rodent-contaminated insulation was completely removed, and new (much higher R factor) floor insulation was installed along all the ductwork and water pipes.
