As a recent first time buyer who could smell gas coming from the flue last night, not knowing what to do or who to speak to, I was a little worried. Chris was extremely helpful on the phone and understanding, and he was at our property within 3 hours of initial contact. Once arrived, he explained that with certain types of boilers this is normal for the first few seconds (exact symptoms we were experiencing) but he'd do a full and comprehensive check anyway to be safe. Great customer service from Chris today, had to give him a call late morning as an emergency for my grandparents who were left for 2 days without heating and hot water and he assured me he would be out today! Brilliant work and got the heat and hot water working. Explained everything throughout. Have taken a few business cards to recommend.
Highly recommended. This is a first class business where quality workmanship and customer service are delivered in the correct way. Fitted new boiler on time and complete. Very reliable with continued communications throughout the 4 day job. Hard to find a business like this these day. Top marks 10/10.
Good service seems hard to come by these days, but with Chris this is exactly what we got. He is most definitely customer oriented and reliable.
