Today I had my first massage EVER. I got a coupon for SafeHaven Wellness & Spa in a pilates pop up class on the square in Springfield and decided to try them out. I had my appointment with Allison and she was AMAZING!! She constantly made sure I was comfortable or wasn’t experiencing any discomfort or pain. She talked to me and made me feel welcomed.
