I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have found Allison. Living with constant pain has become my normal, and while I get trigger point injections regularly, they only ever take the edge off. But Allison worked her magic, and for the first time in a long time, I walked out feeling a real, noticeable relief. Beyond her incredible skill, she’s kind, compassionate, and you can feel how much she genuinely cares about the people she helps.
Helen is truly amazing! She listens to me and then lets my body speak to her. She has helped me through migraines, chronic pain, tension caused by stress, etc. I trust her with every body ache that I have.

I had an hour massage with Allison and boy was that a great deep tissue massage! This place is well worth the cost and the office was extremely relaxing and comfortable! Allison was great!
