Allison is incredible!! I’ve recently gotten back into running and was starting to worry I might have to take some time off training because of muscle strains—but after just one 45 minute session focusing on my legs—I feel amazing!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Helen is phenomenal, I’ve been to many massage salons & she is by far the best. She is very knowledgeable & caters each time to what I may need.
