I guess 4 years after the fact is something. They finally responded, but only to deny that they did this to me. It happened when they were still in Slippery Rock, PA. I had an emergency with my dog, and his usual vet was closed. I called 3 emergency veterinarians, and they were turning patients away because their schedules were too full. I googled vets and started calling because he needed to be seen. I called this place. It was early Friday morning, and they were open. The woman at the front desk were friendly, courteous, respectful. The other staff members that came out periodically were also friendly When Doctor Cloonan came out to get Jasmine, (our dog) he was very informative on what was going to be done. After everything was done, we then went into a room for him to explain what they have found out from the ultrasound. Very happy they are open and have walk in services. They were more affordable than my own vet They have a ramp to use The rooms are very bare bone and only open every other Saturday. I'm still grateful to have yet another vet practice around Update very disappointed they are closed on weekends and I have a pet who needs help
So professional. So kind. And So reasonably priced for their services. I probably paid 20-30% less than I expected. Highly recommend
