Took my cat here after north boros tried to push exploratory surgery for a possible foreign body in her intestines without recommending any other alternatives, i had to bring up the ultrasound and i googled some places and Took her here for an ultrasound and the vet and saw dr. Brown who was fantastic caring and kind explained so much that boros didnt care to or refused. I brought my lab here for a broken toe nail and subsequent infection when our regular vet didn't have any appointments and recommended Safe Haven. I've seen lots of different vets over my 25+ years of having dogs, and about the best I could ever say of one was, "Yeah, this one is fine." Safe Haven was different. The tech (whose name I didn't catch) was absolutely fantastic in her initial exam of my dog. Very nice and prompt happy service
Could not be happier with our experience for our kitty. everyone was so sweet im a very emotional cat parent terrified of possibilities. and i was reassured 100 ways, doctor K explained eveutbing thoroughly, it made sense and obviously our cat was treated very good. couldn’t recommend an urgent care more. worth the 30 minute drive easily
