I started renting a storage unit from prior owners and live out of state. Copper snakes have added Insurance without my approval OR providing me any documentation of what this covers! What a joke! . They don't answer the phone either. I'm very disappointed in this new ownership and don't recommend any company that cannot provide documentation for insurance and strong arming me to purchase THEIR insurance , aa I'm sure they are making money off that as well. But not answering the phone is UNACCEPTABLE!
