I am deeply disappointed with this mental health service. Appointments are cancelled at the last minute, communication is unreliable, and when people are at their most vulnerable they are often left completely alone without meaningful clinical support. I’m incredibly grateful for Safehaven and the support I’ve received there. It’s one of the few mental health services where I’ve truly felt seen and heard without judgement. It makes such a difference knowing there are people who genuinely care and see you as a person instead of a case. Having a safe and understanding space to go to in times of distress, without the environment of the ED, has been extremely helpful. WORST. SAFE. HAVEN IN SYDNEY. !!! DIRTY , SMELLS. , MOSQUITOES. EATING ANYONE THAT GOES THERE ! STAFF. DONT EVEN WANT TO TALK TO YOU. AVOID. AT. ALL COSTS !!
