I was recommended to visit this Safe Haven by a mental health professional at RPA Hospital, so a couple of days ago I did. I was warmly welcomed by a peer support worker named Kate, who showed me around the facility and immediately took the time to have a private talk for about 30 minutes - no booking required. I cannot recommend this excellent service highly enough. Kate was fantastic and so much better than some of the private clinicians I’ve spent thousands of dollars seeing over the years.
