Dawn Lednum's team including Construction Manager, Roger, have done a great job on an 1895 house we purchased in Wittman. They performed structural work (concrete & block supports, 4x6 beams, floor joists, etc), as well as waterproofing (Azek PVC sheet "footers" around crawlspace) & other work. Roger is the best, and his team provides an exceptional value for customers!
