Totally irresponsible at the Greenport NY yard. Requested boat launch and was completely ignored, lied to and received a bill 2 months later. I requested a contract and was ignored. Many calls to correct situation with no responses. Emails to corporate office & .commany phone calls to the corporate office , was a joke. My boat was broken into twice and exterior damage done. Have all my boat / engine work done my Sommers marine Very quick to respond and quality work.
Avoid this marina. They will NOT help you. Just moved to a new slip that cost $1650.00 to move in and $810 a month and they installed a lift that will not fit my boat and has a 7ft or more gap on each side. That was two months ago. After at least a dozen messages NOT returned and anytime I tried to get a manager who has had never been in I am fed up! They will not fix the lift or break the contract.
