It's my first season there that I can't say I'm impressed in the slightest everything from putting into the water to their dog's taking my hose and no one telling me that one dark master doesn't answer you mechanics don't email you back the other dock Master John said he was going to do a bunch of stuff for me 2 weeks later multiple texts.
I've been there for years. But it's getting really expensive!

As someone who myself works at a marina in NY harbor. This place is a disgrace! Don’t stay here!
Think twice before coming here. Insanely over priced, constant electrical and water issues. No bathroom for over a year, no end in sight. Slip contract began, had to report completely broken finger to management who had no idea. Not convinced anyone here actually works at all. Held off for a year before submitting this review hoping it would improve, black rock (edit: Blackstone. Same same) now owns safe harbor so safe to assume it will never. The end of boating?
