I cannot say enough good things about our experience here at Safe Harbor Westport. All of the staff in both the office and in service are amazing! They’re always ready to jump in when I have an issue with my boat, and they do really good work at fair prices. They’re also incredibly kind and helpful when any issues arise. The dock hands are fantastic too. All in all, this is my first time storing a boat at a marina, and it has far surpassed all expectations. Corey, Matt, and the rest of the team have been incredible!!
I have been using Westport/Safe Harbor Marina for over 10 years (since my boat was new) and have always had great service and been given sound advice. After 10 years, my steering actuator started to act up, and Matt suggested a replacement. Also, my impeller was still the original (after 10 years and 400 hrs!), so we added that to the work order. The service team at Safe Harbor Westport performed extensive work on my Cobalt over the past month. I've been a Westport member for many years and always receive excellent service on my boat. Matt, the service manager, was very straightforward communicating the issue and setting my expectations on the repairs. The work was finished ahead of schedule and the boat runs great.
