We used Safe Harbor title approximately three weeks ago when we purchased our new home. To say we had a good experience would be totally inaccurate. We never received our closing documents three days prior to closing and were told to just wire a Certain amount, and they would reimburse us. No one from safe Harbour title attended our closing as they sent a Notary to sign our documents which we were not informed of prior to our closing.
