A place you have to visit
We had a great experience at this marina during our recent overnight stay. We arrived as a group of two boats and, even though we gave them very little notice, they figured out a way to accommodate us as Safe Harbor members. From the start, they were friendly and helpful. As soon as we called on the radio, someone came right over to catch our lines and help us get settled on the dock. Easy parking. has carts for you to load everything in to take down to the boat.
Spent six nights here in early May 2025. The marina is just off the ICW on Hilton Head Island within the HHI Plantation neighborhood. The neighborhood is a gated community and there is ample opportunity for walking outside of the marina without leaving the security perimeter. Safe Harbor Skull Creek uniquely offers ebikes in addition to beach cruisers for loan.
