I rented a unit from the Lebanon location and all I can say is don't waste your money.. the unit I rented still had trash in it from the previous renter and was not lockable given the locking mechanism was not there. Unfortunately for me life got crazy and I forgot all about the unit until I received a email telling me they were going to sell my belongings.. guess the joke is on them all that's in the unit is the trash there last renter left..

I called/emailed/left voicemail messages several times to cancel my contract due to there being rats in my unit that destroyed my property. I believed that they were coming in through a busted storage unit door a few units down. I have still not received any communication back; it's been over 2 weeks. My account was charged and is still showing active.
