We had a great experience renting their dock! The amenities were clean and well stocked. They provide excellent customer service as well! thank you so much for the great service!
After 24 years of docking at Sandusky Safe Harbor I was dismayed to find out I could not use the yacht club during winter months due to the fact that gate entry was denied during restricted hours even though the club house was open. This represented a breach of the yacht club leàse with arrogant indifference to customer service.During a storm you may not have access to evaluate any threat to vessel damage. I sought a more reasonable marina to dock my boats.
After 23 years I have finally been forced to leave this marina simply because of the current manager and I believe their corporate acceptance of his behavior. He is a prime example of a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde management style. His idea of customer service is more akin to “customer obedience”. Believe me when I tell you if you do not “obey” his rapidly changing rules you will face his vindictive wrath. I have seen it as well as many others who have decided to move on as well.
