I was in the IOP group & it was a wonderful experience! For the first time in my life, I felt like I was surrounded by people who actually understood me. Being able to openly discuss topics & situations in a safe & therapeutic environment was such an impactful part of my healing. I’m 9 months sober & very thankful for the time I spent at Safe Harbor.

Safe harbor is a community of family-based orientation type community that helps you with your addition before and after and it works for me and Miss Charlotte is mainly in this process
