We were really excited to spend three days at our hometown marina, but our experience at Safe Harbor Plymouth was very disappointing. Although our reservation had been accepted, upon arrival we quickly realized there was no slip for us. We were initially asked to tie up at the restaurant dock, which turned into a constant hassle. Each time we went out fishing or to Browns Bank and returned—even during business hours—there were no spots available. Phil the dock master and his dock staff were OUTSTANDING!! Within minutes of booking a slip Phil called directly and accommodated us wonderfully. 5***** Having a restaurant on site was great and the food was fantastic. Would recommend you book a table ahead of time. The facilities were spotless and well maintained constantly and the fire pits were lovely to relax at after dinner. We even caught stripers right off the dock. Another bonus was that Plymouth Rock was a 5 min walk away.
Excellent and on the spot service when we had a block break at the top of our sailboat mast during a cruise! Very helpful staff that got right up there on a man-lift to replace
We contacted the marina to inquire about availability as the weather had taken a turn for the worse. Initially, we planned to stay for just one night, but due to the weather conditions, our stay extended to five nights. Mike and Doug were exceptional hosts. Despite the strong winds, they regularly checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, and I observed that they were also diligently checking on other boats, regardless of whether the owners were present.
