Edited summary: Had a mostly good experience. A bit pricy but not outrageous. It took a long time and a lot of effort to get my spare parts returned, but they eventually made good. They went above and beyond in some areas and didn't do a good job in others. I limped into Safe Harbor Outer Banks with one functional engine and I literally crashed while trying to dock because my steering went out. My boat was in a bad way and the marina was literally a safe harbor. I needed 2 new transmissions and a steering repair. I sourced the transmissions, paid and had them shipped to Safe Harbor. They reported that my props were damaged and needed replacing, so I authorized them to purchase and install 2 reconditioned props, but stated that I wanted the old props as spares. biggest holiday of the summer and the tiki is closed 4th of july and closing early on the 5th not understanding at all !!!!!
