Nice looking building, Front Entrance door is NOT American Disability Act accessible. The door is high tensioned to slam shut on your wheelchair/ walker and hurt your already broken limb. The business and councilor is obsessed with money and not care. Their focus is on some future non existent event of a patient not showing up for an appointment.
Can’t say enough good things about Safe Harbor . I see David and I’m very satisfied with my experience there .
I would definitely not recommend Valerie Keller, PA at New Hope. I saw her personally and discussed in length my mental health concerns and medications. I was transferring from another treatment office to New Hope. Valerie agreed to take me as a patient. One of my meds was only renewed for 15 days from prior office. She was to take over my meds.
