As a safe harbor member we normally get very good treatment when we visit other safe harbor facilities. However Jared and his team went above and beyond to accommodate a larger vessel in a very tight space and made it super super comfortable. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone!
I can't tell you how wonderful Jared and his team took care of us. We were new to the Keys and when I called Jared he offered to bring his boat out and navigate us in due some extremely shallow waters. Thank goodness he did that!! 5 stars are not enough when you find people who care so much about their guests. BYW the marina is very nice. Thank you Jared and Safe Harbor for making our trip great. See you next year.

Great marina and great staff!
We are a Safe Harbour members : wow nice teams! This marina is usually for smaller boats, and our approach was tight due to our size (14 ft wide, 15 ft high, 3.5 ft draft). The team was surprised when we arrived, but they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Since our boat couldn’t fit in a standard slip, they found us a safe alternative along the concrete blocks near the lifts.
