Initially, started out ok, BUT as time went on, & every year I could feel the lackadaisicalness & complacency setting in, when I would need an answer to a question & needed to reach out & make a phone call to my supposed “insurance agent”, the call would NEVER be answered & I’d have to leave a voice mail; NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
