Office staff were very friendly. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Mondero was knowledgeable and caring. She explained information in terms that I could understand and provided me options for treatment. She didn’t initially appear warm and fuzzy in her demeanor but once I shared a funny story about myself, she also shared a funny story that put me completely at ease. She clearly cares about doing a good job for her patients.
Clean, excellent medical care for women
I have been going to Dr Mondero for years now. I had moved back to DE from Baltimore and in the process of moving, was told by a MD GYN (over the phone) that due to my current (and one time issue) issue and age (59) they scheduled me for a hysterectomy (without even an exam in the past year). I was a wreck and called friends in DE for a referral. Dr Mondero saw me immediately, scheduled and did a DNC, and issue resolved.
