The dock scheduler/master here is beyond rude and his actions almost negligent. I will be contacting the board of directors. With receipts and a detailed account of the incident as the conversation was recorded. Never in boating have we experienced anything like this with any Safe Harbor. Save money and have a better experience overall at CLAUDIO’S marina.
Great marina. Nice staff, pool. Restaurant
The staff was very nice - but, we wintered our boat there and asked for work to be complete prior to spring launch. Half the work was not completed. The apologies included the excuse that they had gone through 3 managers this past winter. We would have been better off taking our boat to Connecticut for the winter.
