The worst. I was put on Effexor and was told to up the dosage causing to run out faster, having withdrawals after 3 days of not being able to get my medication and can’t get ahold of anyone besides front desk that keep saying they’ll relay the message. Still no call back and no medication called in. If you’ve been of Effexor then you would know. This place is an absolute joke.
Overall it was above average, however the front desk needs to be more friendly to.the client. The front desk comes across so what cold to clients. The front desk came across so what do what unprofessional, because she closed the slide window in middle sentence, when I spoke to her. I enjoy speaking with NP because, she listens to.me. she have excellent knowledge of mental material plus I like that she years of experience on mental health. The only reason I did not you five stars, because of the front desk
I cannot say about good about Dr Marmalich, all I have to do is send him a simple email and he is right on it !! No calling back and fourth constantly !! He has been the only doctor willing to genuinely treat my depression and severe anxiety/ sleep issue … I am finally starting to feel like myself again little by little and I’m so glad someone recommended me a while back !
The front office ladies are very nice, I enjoy my time here
