Our experience with Safe Harbor City Boatyard was a great one. We were in a pinch for time and they were able to get us hauled out, get the work done, and have us back in the water in just under a week. Their staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and while I’m sure timing and availability played a role in the turnaround they went above and beyond taking care of us. So, my experience with boat yards is a mixed bag. A lot of the time it has to do with the situation that is currently happening in the boat yard. As if 5/2026 this yard is efficient. I think these guys are fair. My total bill was about 20% above the quote, but you have to be realistic and expect that…it is not an exact science.
