Great location, clean won’t be disappointed
I rented a unit from Safe Harbor Catskills for a few years. Renting with this company was a great experience. The unit was clean and easily accessible. The overall experience was great renting here. The units are reasonably priced as well.
I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. The staff always answered my emails quickly and were very helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. Everyone was friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable, the units are in great condition, and it’s clear they take good care of the property. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained storage facility with excellent customer service.
I have a 10x20 unit that is inaccessible in the winter time due to lack of plowing. I contacted the company several times (with photos) explaining to them the problem we were having accessing our unit and they never replied. The guy that works at the actually location is helpful but the owners are non existent.
