I have a 10x20 unit that is inaccessible in the winter time due to lack of plowing. I contacted the company several times (with photos) explaining to them the problem we were having accessing our unit and they never replied. The guy that works at the actually location is helpful but the owners are non existent.
Staff was verry accommodating when i needed a storage unit after hours and i also like that they keep the facility clean and my stuff was under 24hr surveillance, i would definitely rent from safe harbor in the future. Mike Babcock
Clean,many different sizes of unit's secure,bright at night and live in gatekeeper! A great deal and a great place to store your stuff!
