Clean but management is terrible the pool constantly closed early and the hot tub has been broken for 3 years. They also do not answer the phone the last hour of the day Completely ruined with new ownership
We are new members, and so far, the marina itself has been pretty good. I'll update after we've been there a while. The membership advertised with free stays at all safe harbor locations is a mixed bag. I planned a trip and used their consierge service. I requested 3 marinas about 2 weeks out. One had a little mix-up that they immediately fixed. Another said they could only put us at a slip in their boat yard, a bit of a hike to their marina facilities. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I’ve been here 5 years and every year it’s gets worse. I’ve had to contact Desiree GM 4 times now because of how management treats it customers and I can’t tell that helps. I’ve asked for her managers number with no availability. She responds I’ll call when I can. I’m still waiting. Hot tub hasn’t worked correctly in 3 years. Tim will say well it gets hot that’s not a jacuzzi hot tub that’s a hot bath.
