We’ve been going to Brady Mountain for many many years as a family. On our first night there we were staying in cabin F. We accidentally got locked out. Our phones were inside our cabin. Also our keypad didn’t work but that’s beside the point. We found a number for the Safe Harbor. We called them to let them know what happened. Also their home office is apparently in Dallas but STILL. The lady on the other end told my mom and I we were NOT considered an emergency!!! Talk about crappy customer service.
