I went to get my ears re-pierced because I have not worn earrings for years and now could not insert earrings. They are very thorough and professional about the whole process - asked many questions, told me what to expect, and provided helpful information. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Today was the third time I've gone to Safe Harbor and each experience has been better than the last. I went in for a vertical labret piercing. However, once I got there I was told I don't have the anatomy for it. I really appreciated the honesty. They didn't just tell me I couldn't, though. We did a quick consultation and found a way for me to leave happier than I expected to by pivoting to a piercing I had really good anatomy for. Very kind and patient staff! Clean, professional, quick. There's an odd portion of the lobby that has plastic wrap (renovations or a leak? Not sure), but it's a non-issue. I wish the jewelry selection were a bit broader, but again, not a big deal. I will definitely be going again for my next piercing.
I saw Keila in June after I had a not to great experience at a tattoo shop and had pretty large bumps on my piercings. She switched my jewelry to something more appropriate for healing and effectively saved my Helix which I have now been able to change to a hoop with no issues.
