I have had a great experience so far with everyone I have dealt with.
I have been in the DBT program for some time now. At the beginning, I was a very sad, hostile and angry person. After months of hard work and dedication to the program, I feel like a new person. I’m slow to anger and happiness seems to come much easier for me. My therapist, Jackie, has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, seen and understood. I am forever grateful to have found this program.
