With the way I was treated I find it absolutely impossible for Safe Harbor to have 4.9 stars. I'm sure they delete the bad reviews to protect their reputation. My therapist forgot my appt because she was exhausted and on the pbone dealing with a personal mouse infestation. Enough said. ****You are correct. Businesses can't delete reviews, but they are able to flag them to hide them. It is possible.
Dr. Ciarverelli (Dr C) is the best! He was there for me during my darkest hours dealing with OCD. He took my calls during holidays and weekends to reassure me and support me during the dark times! He is the best!!!!

I have been with Safe Harbor for about 8 months. I can’t say enough about how great they are. The office staff is great when you need help. They have faith based therapists which was important to me. My psychiatrist now is wonderful.
