No communication and clueless about who I was and what service I was in for. Sent an invoice 3 months after I had left from an outstanding balance from Diesel Don that was not told to me when we came back to pickup boat. Have tried to workout details and haven't received anything but an apology that my experience wasn't good. Still don't know what Diesel Don did or why he spent 4 hours on my boat without calling me to tell me what he found. I paid bill and am moving on Stay away.
We’re traveling on the loop and it was time for some much needed maintenance and last minute unexpected repairs.
