Dr Platzer said my cat had kidney disease stage 2 Cat did NOT have kidney disease at all. We found out accidentally when a Dr.Jones filled in for Dr Platzer when she was off. He did blood work again and said all her organs look good he even printed it out. And gave us a copy of Dr Platzers findings which show she lied about it. Dishonest. When I made an appointment for my puppy, this past Friday, prior to the vet appointment, I mentioned to three separate employees ( the vet, the vet tech and the receptionist ) to ensure that my puppy received her Sentinel flea and heartworm preventative medication. The same evening after the appointment, when I reviewed the invoice from that afternoon's vet appointment for my puppy, I noticed that the vet and/or the vet tech had not given my puppy the heartworm preventative medication as requested. At one time the best vets in town. When Gina and Nat left, the place went to crap. No vets that works there cares, and front staff are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs. Let a very old dog sit in waiting room for 3 hours and never seen a vet. Will not be back, and would not recommend anyone to go there.
