Years ago, I entered this program during one of the darkest times of my life before being arrested. Looking back now, I can honestly say this program changed the direction of my life. Before I thank the program, I first want to thank the officer who arrested me that day. I wish I remembered his name. Safe Harbor does NOT protect victims! They leave victims unprotected when you're an African American victim! They leave victims unprotected if you have law enforcement involvement. They blatantly misled about not having shelter space, but your organization will have to answer to this discrimination!

Kim is amazing! She jumps right in to assist in time if crisis. She encourages you to keep pushing when you are determined to give up. She is a motivator and awesome support system. She makes herself available no matter what else she may have going on. I appreciate all that she does and encourage anyone seeking this service to trust the process!
