The people who do the install are NASTY.
Safe guard is a thief, they do not monitor there systems. I plug out my alarm for one month now and I am still waiting for someone to call. My system is not working and I call them to fix it they said I have to pay first. My alarm went off and it take them one day for the fire department to come. If I could give the 0 I would have this company is no good and the staffs are very unprofessional.
