Mark managed to help me remotely via WhatsApp to fix my combi boiler/thermostat issue(s). I moved into my property and for 1 week couldn't figure out the heating problem... After many investigations with family I purchased a new thermostat. However, wasn't aware that it needed to be repaired to the receiver and boiler. Mark was knowledgeable, fast to reply and evidently got heating in my home! Highly recommend:)
