This company does not deserve a star. This man showed up 30 minutes late in an unidentified truck with no shirt on or any id that he worked for safe dry. After cleaning my couch, I asked why there was still dog hair on it and claimed he forgot to vacuum first and said my bad. I asked if he was going to vacuum my rug before cleaning and he said, "sure, can I use yours?" He offered to complete the job for 1/2 price if I went through him directly, I said no. We hired this company to clean our couches all they did was wash it with some type of solution that didn’t really clean it and it left a smell plus our couches was rough after the 24 hour waiting period would plus over the phone they told me 270 after the guy was done he told me 330 I would not recommend
Had a wonderful experience. My carpet is clean, looks good and smells good. Anthony did a great job, he was very polite and helpful. The cleaning even got some red clay stains off the carpet on my stairs. Their pricing was better than all the quotes I got in the area, definitely worth it. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning again.

If I could give no stars I would I would not recommend this company to anyone I was scheduled Tuesday February 27th for a 4pm cleaning I was called at 3pm after I had moved all my furniture and informed that the technician had broken his equipment and the other went home sick so I was rescheduled for today 3/5/24 for 4pm I called at 4:07 To verify someone was still coming out and I’m told the technician was injured today and can’t come out this is crazy I have moved the furniture in a living room, 2 rooms and a hallway twice... read more
