We recently had a couple of our puppies make a mess on the carpet and on a couple of chairs, so we decided to call this company after seeing their good reviews. I personally set up the appointment and agreed to have them clean two chairs with enzyme cleaner and a couple of rooms. We’ve had dogs for years and have used many different companies, and normally, the carpets end up clean and smelling great. Absolute craphole of a company. Tiffany Scheduled a cleaning for 6 PM 640 nobody showed up. I called the company. They decided they weren’t coming never even bothered to call.. save your money and hire a more professional company. Edit to my review, they contacted me the next day and explained that the truck had broken down and apologized and showed up promptly the next morning and did a great job.

Unprofessional pricing. Went from offering the specific service for $705 and straight down to $350 when I said that that 705 is double what I have paid before with other companies. Just seemed like they overpriced their service greatly. This does not build trust. Cleaning took less than an hour…
