I was so excited to have clean cleaning products used at my home! Told them what I wanted and was quoted $40 - I was shocked that this was the price but they had amazing reviews so I said okay.. When the cleaner got there he informed me that wasn’t the price and his boss was on standby to give me a true price. They settled on $100. The cleaner showed me the dirt he got up but that was 1/1000th of what I get up with my steam cleaner. Initially I wasn't 100% satisfied so they returned and redid one of the rooms. They seem to take customer feedback seriously. Much better now!
Quoted me $89 over the phone to clean an 8x10 area rug. Gets here and the quote has magically changed to $340. Yeah, no thanks. Also, appt was for 9am, but didn't get here until 11am.
