The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly, arriving right on time at 8:00 a.m. The prices were extremely reasonable with no pressure to add-on to the package I originally purchased. Most importantly, the cleaning was fantastic. This company's cleaning appeared much more thorough than the last cleaning company, plus the prices were better. We could not have been more pleased.

Brandon and Chase were a pleasure to work with!! We had some conflicting scheduling issues in the beginning, no one's fault, but they gave me a special rate even though my carpet was very dirty in the high traffic areas. Both of them were so nice on the phone and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with them. I will most definitely use them again and I have already told friends/colleagues what a great job they did.
The representative was very knowledgeable explaining Safe Dry's concept, supplies, and services. A very nice attitude and very friendly person.. I would recommend this company in a heart beat......
