I'm so thankful that I called safe dry carpet cleaning. Matthew, the technician, did an outstanding job cleaning up stains off of my carpet and rug. He is a top notch guy that thoroughly explained the process to me, what he was using and what he was going to do. The results are phenomenal. I only regret that I did not take before pictures to show how dirty my carpet was. Two thumbs up and a big thank you to this company!!!!

Don’t use this company in Madison! I scheduled an appointment on Friday. Guess what, they never showed up and I already paid. The manager contacting me but that was no good either because he never resolved the issue. I had to clean the carpet myself! Worst company ever!!
Rug was brought back wet and didn't seem right once it was fully dry. Started running carpet shampooer on it and this is the color coming up after having it cleaned through safedry. Someone was supposed to follow up but never did. Money down the drain.
