Went to their "office" to find out this is at STORAGE FACILITY!?!?! What a JOKE! I will let Chaney Mini Storage know this "company" is using their address as their own!
It was a ruff beginning,But they assured me that they would make it right and that they did. They came back and Chris was very perfectionist at cleaning the carpet and very polite customer service person. I was better satisfied with the second cleaning to make it look better. Five star goes to Chris. He went beyond helping to make things right.
Very prompt! Did a great job. Professional and took pride in his work. Would recommend him and this service again!
