My dryer vents had never been cleaned by me (in five years), and I had an error come up on my dryer and knew I needed something done ASAP. He was knowledgeable and even corrected an issue with the type of duct installed in my home - showing me why I needed a different material for the duct and why it was important for my gas dryer. Dryer vent cleaning is supposed to reduce fire risk, but this service made me feel less safe. The job was incomplete, and debris was left behind near the vent opening. There was no before-and-after explanation or proof of proper cleaning. I would not trust this company again.
