Why is it called SAFE when they are absolutely UNSAFE? My daughter who is under 17 yo and with me as the account guardian (as a father), they allowed her to bank in fake checks that she received from a scammer for her babysitting job. They also allowed her to transfer the money out of her account multiple times with the same amount through online banking without any red flag. Horrible service. They request documents and the agents don't know what they're for or why they're needed. I've been on the phone for about 5 hours, back and forth. The last agent, Athena (that's what she said her name was), provides a horrible costumer service.
Customer service suck really bad. This bank is owned by it’s customers but can’t get adequate help what type of business is that?
