Horrible service. They request documents and the agents don't know what they're for or why they're needed. I've been on the phone for about 5 hours, back and forth. The last agent, Athena (that's what she said her name was), provides a horrible costumer service.

Called the Folsom office and requested return phone call. Waiting at least 45 mins and no return call.

SAFE CREDIT UNION HAS BETRAYED MY TRUST FOR THE FINAL TIME. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN DOUBLE-CROSSED, COSTING ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. BOTH TIMES, I HAD GONE INTO THE 121 NORTH SUNRISE AVE, ROSEVILLE, CA 95661 BRANCH. FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK THEY GAVE ME, AND IT WAS WRONG.
