Very disappointing experience with SAFE Credit Union. I worked with Lindsay Flachsbarth and Joanne Whitworth, and unfortunately the service was unhelpful and frustrating. My concerns were not properly addressed, and communication was unclear and inconsistent throughout the process. This is the worst safe credit union location in Sacramento. I've been banking with them for over a decade and got told yesterday I could not withdraw my own money because my ID expired 2 weeks ago. Did not offer me the option of asking security questions or for my SSN, nothing. If you want good customer service go to any other location.
