2 tells, 6 windows. Never more and so expect to wait in a line. UPDATE: The response falls on deaf ears. This isn't a one-time occurrence, this is every time I come in. Right around lunch hour, when people are trying to get things done while working a full time job, kids to pick up after school, 2nd jobs, prep dinner, etc. Think about when you all take a lunch break, THAT's when we have to skip our lunch so we can wait in a line with 6 windows and 2 tellers.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST Credit Union there is. My husband and I have a credit card through them and we have been trying for over a week now to pay off the balance in full. We aren't talking a lot of money either (under $8k) It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to do so. They people and mangers are complete idiots. No one can process the payment directly through our routing and account number. They kept saying there is a daily limit..and we do not have a limit for that, if I were using a debit card, yes...but no one there seems to understan... read more

Very disappointing experience with SAFE Credit Union. I worked with Lindsay Flachsbarth and Joanne Whitworth, and unfortunately the service was unhelpful and frustrating. My concerns were not properly addressed, and communication was unclear and inconsistent throughout the process. I felt that my situation was not taken seriously, which led to unnecessary delays and stress. For a financial institution, professionalism, transparency, and customer care are essential.
