For years if I have had a request ot needed some questions answered, i ask for Joanne Witworth, she is the best at customer service, so helpful and knowledgeable, she is an asset to Safe Credit Union.
I received excellent help today with setting up autopay for my vehicle loan. The Safe C.U. employee that assisted me was Samantha Watkins , she was very knowledgeable , helpful and professional.

I got an auto loan through SAFE, and at first I was happy to support a local credit union over a large bank and the rate offered was competitive. But once my loan was paid off the troubles started. When your loan is paid off they automatically lock you out of your online account, making it impossible to access any past statements! This seems at best a major security risk, and at worst outright illegal. How can they completely lock someone out of their account after they have made all their loan payments!?
