We had a great experience working with Safe Chimneys Inc for a full roof replacement and chimney repair. From the beginning, Dave was fantastic—super easy to work with, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. When we moved into our home we had a leak in the attic where the chimney met the rest of the house. Dave came out and provided a comprehensive estimate and inspected both inside and outside the house to make sure there weren’t any undetected issues. He fixed the chimney flashing at a reasonable price and quickly. We had other estimates but felt the best about working with Dave and his guys. There have been several rainstorms since the repair and no return of the leak.
I have been using safe chimneys since 2019 for my annual chimney cleaning. Our house is over and 90 years old and this year we needed to repoint our chimney, replace the damper and add a rain cap. This was not a a small job! Dave and his team were quick to visit the house to provide a very reasonable estimate and timetable to begin work. They did and excellent job, repairing all of the masonry joints from the roof line up (about 10 feet of chimney).
