I am extremely angry and deeply disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Jay Wakeel. Terrible customer service, had his mother (Family member?)in the office and completely ignored me and my family for half an hour while we were the only people there. Eventually when we were paid attention to he scoffed at our budget and preferences.
Purchased a car from Jay at Safe Cars. He was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and was very flexible when it came down to me purchasing the vehicle. Would recommend and would do business with again if the chance arises.
It was like buying a car from a friend. The car was exactly how Jay described it. He didn't use any high pressure tactics. He even offered to meet me on Christmas Day. I would definitely recommend him.
